This started out with an idea from a while back, a part I'd recorded and liked but hadn't found a home for yet, and I basically just played around with it for a while, trying it out on different sounds and editing until it all fit together. It's a 9-bar circular chord progression played on plucked piano, joined by arpeggiated Mbiras, a Novachord pad and finally some rather triumphant bells. Thanks once again to my father for the picture, which seemed to suit the 'recycling' theme... I gather the boots are an old pair of my uncle's, refurbished by my aunt.
